As an expert in the fields of building automation, heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology, Arne works on energy efficient smart home devices that ease peoples’ daily life.

In 2012, he founded wibutler GmbH and started to consult big industry players with the integration of their products in a connected world. Aside from consulting services, the company developed several energy efficient smart devices such as actuators. By 2015, the company released the smart home gateway wibutler pro and was awarded with the Smart Home Germany Award for the best product. Today small startups as well as multibillion turnover companies are partnering with wibutler to make homes smarter and boost their energy efficiency. Arne serves as a shareholder and member of the advisory board of the wibutler GmbH.
